DAVID CHANG, CELEBRITY CHEF
IRVINS started as a local seafood restaurant at the corner of River Valley, Singapore on November 11th, 2008. Well-known for the delicious yet affordable seafood, the restaurant's signature dish called the Salted Egg Crab was a big hit amongst the locals.
With this, we saw an opportunity to create something new and exciting - transforming our signature salted egg dish into #DangerouslyAddictive snacks. Using the natural ingredients for IRVINS, we soon became a popular icon within the busy streets of Singapore.
Fast forward to today, we now have our own brick and mortar stores across Southeast Asia and have made our way into the US. We are excited to share our #DangerouslyAddictive snacks to the people we treasure the most, our IRVINS family.

Some delicious chips that I can enjoy without feeling like trash later
I love how flavorful these chips are! The egg yolk makes them a more filling snack, too. 10/10 recommend.
It so good , love it !
Ngl tho I bought this in a boba store and it super good, so I was looking for this snack like a long time already and finally I found their website from Facebook sponsors, so I decided to bought them and yessir it killing it ❤️❤️😭❤️
Finally, I got to try this spicy salted egg salmon fish skin after waiting for about a month because this one has been out of stock. This spicy version is a lot more dangerously addictive than the regular one. The spice level is perfect, and the chili/spice they use in this snack actually has some South Asian sambal flavors, which increases its delicious level by a lot. It's also more savory than the regular one. I find it hard to resist not to finish the entire bag in one sitting. The only drawback is there is only the 105g size for this spicy version. Hopefully, they will release the bigger 230g bag, for this spicy one in the future.
I bought 3 bags on a whim and could not stop eating them. Finished them off way too quickly. Highly recommend! They are so crunchy and flavorful. Really unique and surprising. Will buy again and again!
I first tried these on a vacation and ever since that trip i wish i would’ve gotten more to take home! I don’t have a store around me that sells these so months later i finally decided to order some and i finished them all in a week. (Shamelessly!) i love these 10/10, I’m obsessed.
they were available at my local store today at about $10 USD for one bag, but I decided to bite anyways, and IMHO it was worth it. Really nice spice, light yet crispy chips, living in the US this flavor is kind of unique and it hit a spot I almost didn't know I needed. Would definitely recommend trying out at least once. A unique chip for someone who likes a bit more spicy kick than your average chip.
I’ve tried many brands. What I love about Irvin’s is a) the 8 oz. size, b) lots of bigger pieces, c) consistently in freshness. If I have a complaint, it’s that the zip top doesn’t stay closed because of the egg powder bits. Maybe a pull zip top would be better. That said, a bag didn’t last very long, so maybe it doesn’t matter. 😜
Picked these up at the market yesterday and I LOVE them. As a pescatarian, salmon skin is the closest thing I can eat to bacon. I love salmon skin salads, salmon skin hand rolls, salmon skin anything. So when I saw these I bought 4 bags without knowing anything about them. They're a satisfying, crunchy umami party in your mouth! Already thinking of ways I can incorporate these into my recipes and I can't wait to try the spicy version!
I really like how I had the option of the Route Package Protection. I lovee my salmon skin and would hate if anything happening to them en route. The assurance of the Package Protection really helps
A friend visiting from Singapore introduced me to this brand. Glad it's available in the US now! Umami galore!!! The potato chips are my fave, followed by the salmon skin, then the cassava. Just wish it was less expensive...
My favorites were the classic Salted Egg Potato Chips, Crunchy Roll, and Spicy Cassava Chips! They are perfectly crunchy, light, and not too heavy and offer the perfect afternoon salty craving satisfaction.
Funnily enough, I saw a reference to salmon skin snacks on ebay, so I had to put Google to work. Finding Irvins was my luck! I absolutely love the regular Salted Egg Salmon Skins and am very happy I ordered a 3-pack of the family size. It's recommended to eat all the snacks in a bag once it's opened, within a week, and I wish I could tell you they lasted longer, but I ATE THEM ALL IN FOUR DAYS. So yummy. Thank you, Irvins. See you next time!
When I first tried the regular salted egg salmon skins, I fell in love. But I wondered, what would these taste like with the hot boom? I remember tweeting Irvin’s begging them to turn dream into reality. When they announced the release of the spicy salted egg salmon skins, I felt like a kid again. Got my order in and eagerly awaited like a kid on Christmas Eve. As soon as the package arrived, I frantically ripped into the box and tore open the first bag and crammed them in my mouth. Holy moly what a moment that was. Y’all took something amazing and made it legendary. The hardest thing to do is not eat all of them in one sitting, because these bad boys are irresistible. Give these folks the keys to the city. They’re in charge of everything now. <3
