Description: Marketing & Retail Director, IRVINS North America
Oversee all marketing and retail operations for IRVINS, Singapore’s #1 snack brand.
Location: Remote/Work from Home. Los Angeles & Orange County area residents will be given priority consideration.
Commitment: Full time/40 hours per week with occasional meetings in the evenings or early mornings for Singapore time zone (SGT). Occasional weekends required for trade shows and special events.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills
- 7+ years of relevant work experience; consumer brand experience preferred; Startup CPG experience highly preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Google suite/MS suite
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the rapidly changing needs of a startup
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing channels including CPG trade marketing, digital marketing, PR, social media platforms and influencer marketing
- Proven experience building creative and data-driven brand marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience managing third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and communication with all stakeholders, internal and external
- Impeccable attention to detail/accuracy with a high bar for excellence
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve desired results
- Organized, creative, and passionate about snacks and consumer behavior
- Metrics/KPI-driven with the ability to grow our audience and consumer base: monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing spends, and absorb key learnings to better improve the allocation of marketing budget in the future
- Energetic and willing to learn and grow
Scope of Work:
- Create and execute marketing strategies to drive the company’s brand forward including seasonal Marketing Plan and Marketing Budget
- Oversee the development and effective use of marketing materials and collateral
- Trade Support: Support launches and drive velocity at key retailers including Costco, Safeway, Albertsons, ethnic grocery, and online channels
- Retail Operations
- Oversee the buildout of our pop up and permanent stores throughout the US (LA, NYC, other major metro markets)
- Hire and oversee a Retail Manager
- Oversee the creation of assets and messaging for advertising of all digital platforms, promotions, collateral, and other brand communication platforms; ensure messaging is relevant, engaging, and timely
- Collaborate with Singapore design team ensure brand guidelines, voice, and aesthetic are applied to all advertising, photography, and content across all platforms
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Singapore Global teams
- Direct and hire support as needed: PR agency, creative agency partners, contractors, content-producing networks, measurement platforms, and other key vendors to deliver creative assets, holding them to delivery timelines and budgets
- Lead the development of the company’s digital and social media strategy
- Oversee the website including branding, product and category content, and digital asset library
- Oversee the coordination of all major trade shows including setup and show operation
- Build and develop the Retail Operations and Marketing team as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Travel: Some travel required, 3-5x per year

Description: Brand Ambassador for IRVINS Pop-Up Shop
We're opening our first standalone store in the US! We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to work at our Holiday Pop-Up Shop.
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Century City
Commitment: Flexible. 20 to 40 hours per week. Store hours are between 10am to 9pm, 7 days a week. On-site Parking is eligible for reimbursement.
Requirements:
- Natural service orientation, someone who enjoys “helping” customers and partners
- Experience in retail store sales
- A strong understanding of food and flavors - you should love snacks and be able to explain what makes IRVINS so delicious and delightful!
- Strong grasp of social media (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Availability to work shifts during store hours: Store hours are between 10am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Multiple shift options available.
Scope of Work:
- Store opening and closing duties
- Educate and assist customers; deliver excellent Customer Service experience to all customers visiting the stores
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
- Perform sales transactions, upselling of merchandises and cashier duties
- Be a Brand Ambassador and at all times while portraying a professional and customer-oriented image

Description: Social Media Intern
Social media management, content creation, and influencer coordination. This role is ideal for someone who seeks a growth path in social media and/or marketing.
Location: 100% Remote. CA, TX, CO applicants preferred
Commitment:
- Part time, potential to grow into full time role
- Must provide some regular availability between 9am-5pm CST
- You will occasionally be required to attend meetings with Singapore (6am to 9am CST or 7pm - 10pm CST)
- Some travel and weekends for events
Required:
- Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Strong grasp of social media
- Ability to learn quickly and independently
- A passion for gourmet snacks/passion for food
- Creative with a strong sense of humor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- College degree or currently enrolled in a 4 year degree program; Marketing or Media Studies preferred
- Must be US Citizen or have work visa
Scope of Work:
- Social Media: content creation and community management across all our Social Platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Content creation - create graphics and lifestyle photography/video for use across social mediums and digital ads
- Outreach to VIPs & Influencers - conduct outreach, nurture and manage relationships and oversee gifting programs
- Brand Ambassador/Event Rep - participate and assist in offsite special events, in-store demos, and trade shows; visit stores and partners in local area (pending availability)
- In-store Merchandising - visit stores, take photos, confirm pricing and signage
- Graphic Design (preferred but not required) - design work for printed and digital marketing materials (i.e. postcards, signage, sell sheets, web & email graphics)
- General Admin Support - support the US team with miscellaneous duties
