All IRVINS Salted Egg snacks are chef-crafted in small batches, using whole food ingredients including real salted egg (brined for 30 days!), aromatic curry leaves, and birds eye chili pepper for a tiny hint of heat. Bao Phan The salmon skin chips taste delicious. I just notice that it's only halfway filled. Some bag looks less than half. It's disappointing how much it cost. I felt cheated.

Mittens The Hot Bloom flavor is so good! It's the right amount of spice and the flavor profile really elevates these crunchy salmon skins over the original. It reminds me of a sriracha kind of flavor.
The only negative I would say is that a lot of the weight is taken up by crumblies in the package and not salmon skins. However the crumbles are fantastic on ramen like they suggested (although I'd rather have more skins).
Still would rate 5/5!

Carrie Spicy is the best. I also ordered the black pepper but unless you really want the pepper flavor to dominate stick with the spicy. I haven't tried the plain.
